THE MEDLOW STORY
In 1993, David & Sharon Medlow Smith began their pectin jelly journey.Over the years, Medlow Fine Gels became Medlow Confectionery, located in McLaren Vale South Australia. The following years bought about changes in direction with David Medlow Chocolates evolving to become the brand it is today, a unique range of hand crafted chocolates and fine pectin jellies.
Over the years their love of confectionery, garnered new strategies and in 2014 they established Cocolaura in Laura, South Australia’s Mid North. Moving to the country, they continued to pioneer the confectionery world, both in-store and online.
Visitors to CocoLaura meet with David Medlow, sample product and listen to his story, “on our way to the Chocolate Factory”. Their journey is not yet complete and in 2023 they will celebrate 30 years as Confectioners and Chocolatiers, their craft and their passion continues.
